Revision Policy

We offer revisions based on the package you select. Customers enjoy the leverage of unlimited free revisions as we revise their websites without any additional charges, provided that the theme and layout remain the same. The Turnaround Time for revisions would be 48-72 hours.

Turn Around Time

The Web Dev Mastry typically has a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most web development services. Please note that this time frame refers only to a single phase of the development process, not the entire project. The time required for revisions may vary, but will generally take between 48 and 72 hours.

For example:

  • Website orders or revision requests placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Website orders or revision requests placed on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Once initial website designs and themes are approved, or a change request is made, any deposited funds for a project are no longer eligible for a refund unless Web Dev Mastry cancels or terminates the contract for a reason not related to the client’s non-performance.

Refund requests are handled according to the following structure:

  • You can make a request when the initial designs for the website are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial layout, the refund offer becomes void, and the refund request will not be entertained.
  • A full refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee) is available if a refund is requested before the delivery of the initial layout.
  • If requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial layout, a 66% refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee) is available.
  • A 33% refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee) is available if requested within 48-120 hours after the delivery of the initial layout.
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial layout delivery. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you’re encouraged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your website order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
  • Refunds are not available after the final files have been delivered.
  • During the project, if the client requests a refund due to a change of mind or any other personal issue, the client will not be eligible for a refund. However, we can offer store credit for the amount, which can later be utilized for another service.
  • For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
  • Refunds are processed for orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed website orders with more than one agency for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, we do not consider this in good faith. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. The Custom Website Agency reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on the violation of the user agreement.
  • A refund request must be supported by a valid reason, which should be evaluated against the website brief and customer feedback for revisions. A refund will only be processed if a layout has been designed according to the brief; however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction is achieved.
  • The money-back guarantee applies to orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed orders with multiple agencies for the same job to claim a refund, we do not consider this in good faith. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • All website jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design and development. Therefore, it is only fair that the customer is involved and provides feedback to achieve the desired results.
  • A 100% unique website guarantee entitles you to a redesign if our developed website is found to be considerably similar to an existing website. Any resemblance to an existing website will be considered a coincidence, and Web Dev Mastry will not accept any responsibility or claim for compensation in such cases. It is the client's responsibility to copyright their website.
  • Clients who signed up through Thumbtack have the right to request a refund through Thumbtack if they are not satisfied with the work provided.

Note: The Web Dev Mastry holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever deemed necessary. After a refund, you will not have any rights to use the domain for any purpose; it will be the sole property of Web Dev Mastry. The company will be the rightful owner of the website.

Services not related to website services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances and are not covered under our 100% money-back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a package deal of any kind, it cannot be used to request a refund for the entire package. Examples of such services include:

  • Copyright Protection Certificates
  • Website and Email Hosting Services.
  • Website SSL Certificates
  • Website Domain Purchase.
  • Website Maintenance Plans.
  • Website SEO Plans.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Adwords Campaigns

For services that are not covered under the 100% refund policy, in case of dissatisfaction, The Web Dev Mastry management, after reviewing the project, may choose to offer a partial refund to the client.

How to Claim Your Refund

To claim a refund, please contact us through one of the following:

  • Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via any of the following three modes:
  • We will promptly address your concerns under our revision policy. If resolution is not possible, we will send an email confirming the approval of your refund request from our refund department. Upon processing the refund, all rights to the website design will revert to Web Dev Mastry, and you will no longer have permission to use the design provided by the company.

    Furthermore, once the rights are transferred to us, you agree to relinquish any direct or indirect claims to the website design, content, media, or any other materials produced. You will no longer hold any ownership interest in the design or related materials.

    We work in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable copyright laws.

Communication Policy

  • All communications should be conducted through official channels, including emails sent from info@webdevmastry.com.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, issues, or delays caused by contacts made through means of communication that we do not provide.
  • We take full responsibility for all the information provided through our official domains.

Quality Assurance Policy

Web Dev Mastryy strives to meet and exceed your expectations by delivering high-quality web designs. We ensure that every design is crafted to align with the client's requirements, and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Our unlimited revisions policy ensures that you remain fully satisfied with your website design
  • Revisions will continue until you are completely satisfied with the final product, in accordance with your selected package.

Delivery Policy

  • The complete order will be sent to the specified account on the date stated in the Order Confirmation, and a confirmation email will also be sent.
  • The turnaround time will be according to the package; the minimum time required is two business days.
  • Websites will only be made live once all dues have been cleared. Under no circumstances will a website be made live if there are any outstanding dues.
  • For urgent or rush orders, contact our customer support team.

Website Ownership & Rights

  • All finalized websites provided by The Web Dev Mastry are delivered upon a written request for finalization by the client. Upon finalization, the client receives all credentials and owns 100% of the rights to the website.

    • The client shall own the final website design in its entirety.
    • All ownership rights of the finalized website will belong 100% to the client.
    • The client is free to use the finalized website as they see fit.
    • The client shall not own any materials, media, or other content generated during revision cycles leading up to the final product.

Content Creation & Population

  • The Web Dev Mastry will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text or images) on the website unless purchased separately. In such cases:

    • The Web Dev Mastry will populate the website with content created specifically for the client.
      • Text for the website will be created specifically for the customer's website.
    • The Web Dev Mastry will populate the website with images and acquire stock imagery from stock photo websites, with images purchased upon the client's approval.
      • The Web Dev Mastry is not responsible for any similarities between images used on the site and those on other websites.
    • The Web Dev Mastry will populate the website with products and product details provided by the client.

N.D.page-not-found. & Reputation Management Policy

    • The Web Dev Mastry does not share customer information, including project details or contact information, with anyone. The client's personal and project information is kept confidential at all times.
    • Once the project is completed successfully, both parties, The Custom Website Agency and the Client, agree not to intentionally defame or disparage each other with respect to matters arising after project completion.
    • Each party also agrees to refrain from making any defamatory comments about the other party to anyone, whether directly or indirectly. The Custom Website Agency will take reasonable steps to ensure that its officers and directors also refrain from making such comments about the Client (including the Client’s employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners).

Record Maintenance

Web Dev Mastry keeps records of all finalized products and communications with clients for reference.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. Queries made after business hours should be submitted via email and will be addressed on the next business day.

Technical Support Policy

The Web Dev Mastry primarily provides website services and website consultancy. We will design and develop the services that the client needs. Occasionally, our packages and services include technical aspects to assist the client with their websites and emails. The Web Dev Mastry will provide the client with basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make them work. However, The Web Dev Mastry will not be responsible for providing detailed training or installations of these services on the customer’s end. Such services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website Deployment
    • The Web Dev Mastry will deploy the website for the customer on:
      • A hosting server is provided by us.
      • The hosting service provided by The Web Dev Mastry is a free service added as a feature at no cost, acquired from a third-party service provider.
      • A hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a third party).

If the website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the customer, The Web Dev Mastry will not be responsible for any server or hosting-related issues. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and The Web Dev Mastry regarding technical assistance or service outages unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.

  • Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)
    • The Web Dev Mastry will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System).
    • The Web Dev Mastry will not be responsible for training the client in using the Website CMS.
  • Emails Setup
    • Web Dev Mastry will provide the customer with the necessary settings and information to install emails on their end.
    • Web Dev Mastry will not be responsible for installing said emails on the customer's end.
    • The Web Dev Mastry will not provide technical support or assistance in troubleshooting email usage errors, as all our emails are hosted on open servers and are accessible by all service providers.

Web Dev Mastry will not be held responsible in any way for the customer’s failure to execute, install, or learn the usage of the aforementioned services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie solely with the customer.
